Job Description

Dining Server / Dietary Associate - Part-Time (Daylight) Job Summary Newhaven Court at Clearview is hiring friendly and dependable Part-Time Dining Servers for our daylight shift in Butler, PA. This role is a perfect fit for anyone looking for consistent morning hours that leave your afternoons and evenings completely free. If you enjoy cooking, this position also offers a unique opportunity to cross-train and earn a higher wage by filling in as a cook when needed.
Schedule & Pay Rate Base Pay:
$12.80 per hour
Cook Premium Pay:
Up to $15.10 per hour when filling in for cooking shifts.
Shift Hours:
Daylight hours, rotating between 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Status:
Part-Time with a predictable, rotating weekend schedule.

Key Responsibilities Take resident food orders and serve hot, delicious meals in our dining room with a friendly attitude. Help set up the dining room before meals, clear tables, wash dishes, and assist with general kitchen cleanup.
For those with experience:
Step into the kitchen to prepare and cook high-quality meals for our residents when the culinary team needs coverage. Build positive relationships with our seniors by learning their unique dining preferences. Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older to serve (18 or older with prior experience preferred if interested in the cross-training cook shifts). No prior server experience required; we provide complete on-the-job training. High reliability is a must—our residents count on us to be on time for breakfast and lunch.
