Description
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and dependable servers to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and professionally
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
Accurately take and enter guest orders
Deliver food and beverages promptly
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Assist with opening and closing side work duties
Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service
Resolve guest concerns professionally and notify management when necessary
Uphold company standards for hospitality, appearance, and service
Qualifications
Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math and cash-handling skills
Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
Team-player mentality with a commitment to guest satisfaction
