Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Whether assisting with food service, or ensuring food safety standards are met, you'll be vital in delivering top-tier hospitality every day. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take and accurately relay customer orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Assist with food preparation and presentation to uphold quality standards in fine dining settings Serve food and drinks professionally, maintaining proper etiquette and efficiency Support catering and banquet events Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods and special events Manage Coffee station and prepare menu items Qualifications Prior experience in fast casual or high-end food service environments is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or cashier responsibilities strongly preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Hospitality background with a focus on creating welcoming guest experiences Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality!
