Glen Oak Country Club — Clarks Summit, PA Clubhouse Server Part-time & Full-time Seasonal / 10 Month Season About the role Glen Oak Country Club is a private member club with a strong commitment to hospitality, tradition, and elevated dining experiences. We're looking for a warm, attentive, and service-minded server to join our clubhouse team — someone who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in the details that make a meal memorable. What you'll do Provide friendly, polished service to club members and their guests in the dining room, on the terrace, and during private events Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and with care Develop familiarity with our menu, wine list, and cocktail offerings to make confident recommendations Set, maintain, and reset tables according to club standards Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed Uphold the standards of a private club environment — professional, discreet, and genuinely hospitable What we're looking for Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to stay organized and focused during busy service periods Comfort working evenings, weekends, and holidays BASSET certification (or willingness to obtain) A genuine appreciation for great food and hospitality What we offer Competitive hourly wage plus gratuity A close-knit, supportive team environment Meals during shifts Opportunity to grow within the club's F&B program Exposure to private event and banquet service A membership-focused culture that values your work
