Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient table service in a fast-paced, high-standards environment Greet guests promptly, guide them through menus, and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations Accurately take and enter orders, ensuring special requests, allergy modifications and dietary needs are communicated clearly with the kitchen and managers both verbally and through the POS system Provide friendly and attentive service in a timely manner while maintaining guest awareness Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, including resetting tables and restocking as needed Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations Communicate effectively with bar, kitchen, support staff and management to ensure smooth service Uphold Harvest's brand, service standards, hospitality culture and policies Assist with side work, opening and closing duties, and other tasks as assigned Perform additional duties as needed to support restaurant operations Benefits of working for
