Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Requirements:

• Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred
• Proficiency in food handling and knowledge of restaurant operations
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Squirrel POS or similar POS systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
