Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner / Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are available for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling techniques at all times. Assist with food preparation as needed, including basic cooking tasks under supervision. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences is required.
