Host/Hostess/Server

Job Overview(we can teach if you don't have experience!) We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the restaurant staff. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a passion for the food industry. Responsibilities Welcome and seat guests promptly while ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Assist in cleaning and bussing tables efficiently to maintain a tidy dining area. Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and kitchen spaces. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accuracy of orders. Handle food safely and adhere to health regulations regarding food handling. Assist with catering events as required, providing excellent customer service throughout. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in cleaning and bussing within a restaurant or hotel setting is advantageous. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. A passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
