Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Cocktail Server, where your energetic personality and exceptional guest service skills will create memorable experiences for our patrons. In this role, you will serve expertly crafted cocktails and beverages in a lively environment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take beverage orders accurately using Toast POS system, and process transactions efficiently Serve a variety of cocktails, drinks, and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols Assist with side work, bussing tables, and supporting bar staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality environments Familiarity with Toast POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of alcohol safety standards, RAMP certificate required Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and upselling transactions accurately Must be 21 years or older Join us as a Cocktail Server where your passion for hospitality meets an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
