START TIME

Greet guests warmly as they arrive, providing attentive and friendly service from the moment they walk in. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise processing. Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a spotless environment. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions. Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to food industry sanitation standards. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Support team members during busy hours by performing host/hostess duties or assisting with food handling tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy mornings. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism. Basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling responsibilities. Experience in serving or host/hostess roles that demonstrate guest relations expertise is desirable.
