As a Server, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and efficient food delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, has a passion for food and hospitality, and thrives in a lively environment. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards, including fine dining etiquette when applicable. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction processing. Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is beneficial.
