Job Description
Part-Time ServerJoin the Kaze Ramen Team! Kaze Ramen is a locally owned family ramen restaurant dedicated to serving authentic flavors with exceptional customer service. We're looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in creating a great dining experience for every guest. Whether you have previous restaurant experience or are looking for your first serving position, we'd love to meet you! Position Details Part-Time Flexible scheduling Evening and weekend availability preferred Opportunities for additional hours as business grows Compensation $5.00 per hour plus shared tips Employees are guaranteed to earn at least the applicable minimum wage when wages and tips are combined. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Provide excellent customer service throughout each guest's visit. Accurately take food and beverage orders using the restaurant's POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate. Process guest payments accurately. Bus, clean, and reset your own tables to maintain efficient table turnover. Complete assigned opening, running, and closing side work. Restock server stations, condiments, beverages, and supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining room. Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Qualifications Previous customer service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest service. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Must be at least 16 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Applicants under 18 must comply with all applicable Pennsylvania child labor laws, including obtaining any required work permits.
