If you answered yes the above questions, then we are looking for you! Ron's Original Bar & Grille is in need of competent Servers to join our fast growing team. You'll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for making sure customers' have only the best experience. You'll be busy and need to be quick on your feet ensuring tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus, taking orders and serving food and beverages. A polite and friendly attitude, flexible schedule and willingness to work hard will ensure your success in this position. We have full-time positions available but you must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays (we are closed for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day). • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entrance
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff Skills
• 2+ years proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
• Hands-on experience in cashier duties
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
