Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and manage reservations or seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and proper food handling procedures. Provide attentive customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally throughout their visit. Assist in bar service by preparing and serving beverages, including brewing specialty drinks or cocktails when needed. Support banquet or catering events by coordinating with kitchen staff and ensuring smooth service flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, including tables, bar stations, and host stand. Requirements Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or stations efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and calculating bills accurately. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding related laws; certifications are a plus. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
