The menu features artisanal, hand-crafted pastas, premium hand-cut steaks, and pristine, sustainably sourced seafood, all complemented by an award-winning selection of fine Italian and global wines. Qualifications:
Experience serving Italian cuisine and wine varieties in a high-volume tavern or fine-dining restaurant. 5 years preferred. RAMP Certification required. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays Polished appearance, exceptional communication skills A dedication to excellent customer service and a passion for hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
Provide engaging descriptions of all menu items. Recommend and serve fine wines, utilizing proper decanting and cellaring standards. Use observation skills that allow each table to have an excellent experience based on guest cues. Execute strict safety protocols for food allergies, particularly regarding gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Seamlessly synchronize with back servers, food runners, sommeliers, and the culinary team.
