Fine Dining Server We are an upscale, contemporary dining destination where classic Italian hospitality meets the finest land and sea. Our menu features artisanal, hand-crafted pastas, premium hand-cut steaks, and pristine, sustainably sourced seafood, all complemented by an award-winning selection of fine Italian and global wines. We deliver an effortless, sophisticated dining experience rooted in warm, intuitive service.
Position Summary:
We are seeking polished, passionate, and professional Fine Dining Servers to join our elite service team. As the primary guide for our guests, you will romance our menu, navigate complex wine pairings, and orchestrate seamless multi-course dining sequences (Antipasti, Primi, Secondi) with grace and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Ambassadorship:
Provide expert, engaging descriptions of regional Italian culinary techniques, fresh catch preparations, and steak cuts.
Wine & Beverage Excellence:
Confidently recommend and serve fine wines, utilizing proper decanting and cellaring standards.
Flawless Pacing:
Guide tables through an elegant, multi-course dining sequence, adjusting pacing intuitively based on guest cues.
Allergy Safeguarding:
Execute strict safety protocols for food allergies, particularly regarding gluten, dairy, and shellfish.
Collaborative Service:
Work in perfect synchronization with backservers, food runners, sommeliers, and the culinary team.
Qualifications:
Experience:
5 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining or premium upscale-casual restaurant preferred.
Knowledge:
Strong foundational knowledge of Italian cuisine, pasta shapes, and wine varietals (e.g., Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Super Tuscans).
Certifications:
State-approved alcohol server certification required.
Availability:
Must have open availability for evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
