With over 180 indoor seats and a 100-seat outdoor patio, it's a lively and welcoming neighborhood destination.

Position:

Server Assistant Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude Provide genuine hospitality and attentive service throughout the dining experience Support servers by maintaining a clean, organized dining room Demonstrate knowledge of all menu items, including allergy awareness Assist with expediting food during service Accurately memorize table and seat numbers Safely carry trays of food from the kitchen to guest tables Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service Qualifications Positive, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Passion for hospitality and guest experience Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Premium PPO health and dental insurance (full-time employees) through Independence Blue Cross Employee Dining Benefit Program across all Fearless Restaurant locations 401(k) plan through Vanguard Opportunities for career growth and advancement
