Job Description

Server - Grace Winery (Glen Mills, PA) Part-time | Weekends required Grace Winery is looking for a server to join our tasting room team. We're a busy winery with a chef-driven menu and estate wines, and we need someone polished, friendly, and fast on their feet. Pay rate is $8-10/hr plus tips, usually landing around $25-30/hr. What you'll do: Serve wine flights & seasonal food menu Share our wine story with guests (training provided) Manage multiple tables with great hospitality Help keep the tasting room clean, stocked & organized Use POS for orders and payments What we're looking for: 2+ years serving experience (wine knowledge a plus) 21+, RAMP certified or willing to get it Professional, team-oriented, and good under pressure Able to stand/walk for long shifts & lift up to 30 lbs Weekend availability is required (some holidays too) If you're into good wine, good food, and connecting with guests—we'd love to have you on the team.
