Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring all special requests are noted Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately through cashiering systems like OpenTable Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns quickly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS is a strong advantage Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Experience with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques Strong guest service skills with a focus on hospitality, upselling, and building positive guest relationships Knowledge of the food industry trends and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role Prior host/hostess experience or serving background will be considered valuable assets Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
