Job Summary We are an upcoming revolving sushi restaurant opening in Harrisburg PA, the first of its kind in the Central PA area! We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for sushi and Japanese cuisine, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in our fine dining establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and explain the process of revolving sushi and how it works Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and excellent time management. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including basic math for bill calculations. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest relations and satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fast casual dining or Japanese restaurant settings. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills effectively. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the food industry is essential. Be punctual and be ON TIME to all shifts.
