Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems (Toast) Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and cleaning work areas regularly Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks when needed and ensure efficient service flow Experience Previous experience in food service, fine dining environments is a plus but not required Familiarity with POS systems like Toast is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Parking is very limited and primarily paid parking, so applicants within walking distance are especially encouraged to apply.
