Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages. Take accurate orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and maximize table turnover. Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings. Knowledge of POS systems is preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety protocols. Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or cashiering is highly desirable. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations.
