Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction through excellent customer service Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing and sanitizing as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for better coordination with culinary teams Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management and upselling techniques to boost sales Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a vibrant setting!
