Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Greet guests in a professional manner; anticipate and service the guests' needs before requests are necessary.

• Serve beverage and food items with the ability to describe all menu items with detail and preparation methods in order to assist servers.
• Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting it to guests, as well as removal of items from the guests' table.
• Forward any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Ensure that all side work assigned is accomplished in a clean and orderly manner.
• Restock all dining and service areas, ensuring that condiments are amply supplied on the guest table prior to the guests taking their seats.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older. Minimum of 1 year of related experience

• experience in the F&B industry preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
