Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and guest-focused year-round server to join our team! This is a long-term position and is not intended for seasonal or summer-only employment. Our restaurant is a fast-paced, high-volume environment known for creative breakfast and lunch dishes, specialty coffee drinks, and providing exceptional hospitality. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, thrives during busy shifts, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in creating a great dining experience every visit. The Hershey Pantry Restaurant is looking to hire Servers ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience with exceptional customer service. Accurately taking guests orders, serving the meals and drinks and clearing tables; while seeing to the guests in a friendly happy manner.

Qualifications:
§ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a working in environment with time constraints. § Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort in working on computers, talking and using a POS system. § High standards of customer service. § Common sense and a superb work ethic. § Problem-solving skills. § Friendly and happy. § High energy level and a high stress tolerance. § Flexibility. §
Weekend Availability Required Environmental and Physical Demands:
§ Required to work outside in all types of weather. § Required to walk three flights of steps. § Required to be on your feet, walking, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling throughout a shift (100% of time). § Required to lift up to 25lbs.
