Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Catering to guests' preferences and dietary needs. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service area. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
