Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic, guest-focused dining experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper entry and timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to ensure a clean and welcoming environment Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately using POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery in fast-paced settings such as fine dining or nightclubs Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant environments, or hospitality roles, including serving or host/hostess experience Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Open availability for evening shifts, weekends, and nights in lively venues such as nightclubs or restaurants Join us to deliver outstanding guest experiences through energetic service and expert knowledge!
