Job DescriptionSummaryDelivers food and beverages from the kitchens to the outlets in the Food Hall. Refills, sets/resets, stocks, clears and cleans dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, condiments, beverages, napkin holders and all other related supplies. Provides excellent customer service to our dining guests.
Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where flawless delivery and service is paramount.
Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, departments, and guestsDemonstrates a courteous, friendly, polite, and congenial and efficient attitudeRelays guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate supervisorAdhere to established company and departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines at all timesMust always adheres to health & sanitation guidelines including food and beverage policy and proceduresMaintains company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all timesPrepare food orders, set trays, and transport food & beverage items to food service areasMaintain breakdown area and condiment tablesCompletes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on timeMaintains a clean, safe, hazard-free environment within area of responsibilityMust be able to work in a fast-paced operating mode.
Adheres to state liquor laws as applicablePerforms all related, compatible, and miscellaneous duties as assigned by leadership.
QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust be able to obtain RAMP alcoholic certificationAble to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and graspMust be able to walk and stand for eight hoursRepeated bending and liftingMust be able to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedlyAbility to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentAbility to handle or seek assistance for all types of guest related situationsShift assignments may be irregular, and will cover days, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be able to pass all Training and Tests associated with jobAbility to effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and managementAbility to effectively communicate in EnglishHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
