Outdoor Pool Server (seasonal part-time or full-time)

Compensation:

$6 hourly to start

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations. Share your knowledge of our diverse menu, offering recommendations that enhance the guest experience. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guests, maintaining a high standard of service. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable poolside atmosphere. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution every time.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

At least one (1) year of restaurant serving experience is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to move and lift up to twenty (20) pounds. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to work outside in inclement weather.
