Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Recommend menu items and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Utilize reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements for optimal flow during busy hours Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during high-volume shifts Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and transaction accuracy Experience with food industry tools like culinary knowledge, food preparation, and serving techniques is advantageous Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
