Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for culinary excellence and hospitality, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional, intentional service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, intentional service, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering positive guest relations. Duties Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of food presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and all ancillary items. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is essential. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems like Toast is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
