We pride ourselves on providing creative opportunities within the family of brands, flexible scheduling, and providing upward mobility such as teaching new skills in the tipped model or training paths into management. There is a daily focus on wine education, complimented by an exciting menu of modern cocktails and seasonal dishes. Expect high energy, fast paced service, bustling happy hours, chef pop ups, wine parties, private events and wine maker events. The ideal candidate will possess the following: A passion for wine, food, hospitality and an interest in French dining culture and a level of familiarity with French wine and geography. Strong work ethic with an innate ability to execute a versatile role, multitasking within a small space and self motivation. Experience in a service role in a high volume restaurant and/or bar.
