Waiter/Waitress

Job Description:

As a Part-Time Waiter/Waitress, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring an overall positive dining experience. Your goal is to ensure customers are satisfied and have a memorable experience at our Post.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.

Order Taking:

Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen staff.

Serving:

Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Cleaning:

Maintain a clean and organized section, including clearing tables, refilling drinks, and setting up for new customers.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Handling Payments:

Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions. Adhering to

Health & Safety Standards:

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred, but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift heavy trays.
