Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and OpenTable reservations with precision and professionalism Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed consistently to uphold health standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders in a fine dining or nightclub setting Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience with food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable reservation management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Culinary experience or food industry background preferred for better understanding of menu offerings Effective time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently in nightclubs or fine dining settings Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or host/hostess roles with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier service in a lively atmosphere!
