Responsibilities:

The Dining Server serves meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance. The Dining Server assists in serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis. The Dining Server serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures. The Dining Server sets up meal trays, food carts, dining room, etc., as instructed. The Dining Server distributes and collect menus as necessary. The Dining Server obtains food supplies for next meal. The Dining Server prepares and deliver snacks, etc., as instructed The Dining Server assures meal selections and preferences are followed for all meals. The Dining Server assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Dining Server cleans work tables, healthcare carts, refrigerators/freezers, etc. The Dining Server carries soiled utensils, etc. to wash area. The Dining Server places soiled linens in designated hampers/laundry area, following departmental policies and procedures. The Dining Server returns clean utensils to proper storage areas. The Dining Server washes and sanitize utensils as directed. The Dining Server keeps work areas clean, dry and free of hazardous equipment, supplies, etc. The Dining Server maintains hot and cold food carts in a clean, safe and sanitary manner. The Dining Server inventory refrigerator/pantry and record on stock sheets. The Dining Server records temps and ensure proper food temperatures. The Dining Server wraps and label all food items as per policy.

Qualifications:

Must be 15 years of age Must have a work permit if under 18 years old Previous dining experience a plus! We are willing and excited to train you on the job, no previous experience needed!'
