Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties

• Greet guests promptly and provide a warm welcome to our restaurant
• Take food and drink orders, and ensure that orders are delivered to the correct tables
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and bar
• Handle cash and operate a cash register efficiently
• Provide exceptional guest relations and maintain a positive attitude
• Upsell and promote our menu items to increase sales
• Demonstrate knowledge of our menu and be able to answer questions about ingredients and preparation
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service and minimize wait times
• Maintain a high level of food safety and handling practices
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Qualifications
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with food service operations and cash register procedures
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and drinks
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
