Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Part-time, 4pm-8pm and 12:30pm-5pm on Sundays, Full weekend availability $15.45 per hour (all inclusive) Same Day Pay! Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Dining Room Server plays an important role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring residents enjoy a welcoming, enjoyable, and resident-centered dining experience. Responsibilities for
Dining Room Server:
Assist in the kitchen with meal preparation and meal service to residents, ensuring meals are served in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Provide friendly, attentive service that fosters a positive, enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and food-service equipment in accordance with safety and infection-control standards. Follow directions regarding compliance with nutritional standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements. Assist with setting up and clearing tables, stocking supplies, and preparing dining areas to create an inviting environment. Communicate resident preferences, concerns, and special dietary requests to appropriate team members to support individualized care. Work collaboratively as a team player, willingly assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth dining operations and exceptional service. Qualifications for
Dining Room Server:
High school diploma preferred. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Prior work experience with food preparation or customer service is a plus. Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, organization, and attention to detail. Our Core Values in Action Passion
