Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Process payments efficiently with cash handling and cashiering skills, including open/close procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and food handling Assist with food preparation and kitchen support during peak hours to ensure timely service Manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems, coordinating guest seating smoothly Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Follow food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards in all food service activities Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles, including serving or host/hostess experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills are essential for cash handling Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently Basic math proficiency for cashiering duties and transaction Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
