The lead associate at The Loft 412's main goal is to assist management in pushing the goals of the store forward and ensure that said procedures are followed for selling products, serving guests, and maintaining the store's quality. The lead makes sure that all staff act in a way that promotes guest satisfaction and handles any issues or complaints. They must also oversee facility upkeep, ensuring that the areas are clean and meet standards. Responsibilities Enforce sanitary practices for hookah handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas Assist employees to complete opening, closing and prep lists in a timely manner Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances. Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food hookah preparation and service Manage total guest experience, ensuring optimal care and service Maintain proper safety/security procedures to ensure welfare of employees, guests and company assets; reducing the risk of accidents and injuries Investigate and resolve complaints concerning quality and service Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural matters Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all tobacco products offered.
