• Job Summary:

• The Breakfast Spot is seeking an experienced friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive outstanding service and have a pleasant dining experience. You will assist in seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a friendly demeanor.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure all items are prepared in a timely manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally.
• Check back with guests to ensure their satisfaction and attend to any additional needs.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Handle guest payments and operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining room and restrooms.
• Assist in opening and closing tasks as assigned, such as setting up and breaking down dining areas.

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a team player mentality.
• Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
