This role will focus on resetting tables, running food and drink, and occasionally assisting as a barback. Friday and Saturday night availability required. Fish nor Fowl focuses on a rustic menu with modern takes of Italian and Mediterannean inspired dishes.
Requirements:
1+ years of high-volume, upscale restaurant experience Open availability including nights and weekends Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude Ability to work under pressure A love of modern food and drink Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
