What You'll Do:
As a server, you genuinely connect and communicate with all of our guests. You will report to the manager on duty and: Effectively finesse the menu and communicate your vast knowledge and expertise about activities, food, and bar menus with ease. Go the 'extra step' to accommodate guest requests and suggestions to ensure guests have a remarkably consistent experience; know when to connect the guest with a manager to positively find solutions. Proactively assist other servers with table maintenance, running food or beverages, side duties, assisting to take payments, etc. Take the time to effectively learn and memorize new menu items, procedures and allergy policies. Work each shift with a safety mindset. Be proactive in regards front of the house and back of the house safety (food safety, potential hazards for employees or guests). Who You Are:
You are a genuine, charming, vibrant and team-oriented individual who can manage time effectively without skipping a beat. You have a minimum of 1 year front of house restaurant experience. You pride yourself on your guest service skills, your ability to make people feel at home, your reliability, and your ability to keep upbeat even during the busiest shifts. You are solution focused and resourceful - you think on your feet effectively to find resolutions to situations. You can easily and quickly become a part of a team, and you are a great communicator.
