Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns professionally, and foster positive guest relations Assist with food handling, sanitation, Pre-bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Support team members during busy periods by providing excellent guest services and efficient food service. Requirements Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant or food industry setting, preferably with fine dining. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
