Restaurant Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and customer-oriented Servers to join our Lionne breakfast and lunch service team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Upsell additional items and specials to enhance the dining experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
• Process payments using cash register or POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining area
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or a similar role preferred
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu items
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
• Proficient in handling cash transactions accurately
• Familiarity with POS systems such as OpenTable is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
