Cocktail Server/ Host

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests warmly, and ensure that they are seated promptly and comfortably. Your exceptional customer service skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. In the afternoon hours the ideal candidate will transition into taking food and drink orders from guests enjoying the outdoor patio. Responsibilities Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm welcome. Manage the seating chart to optimize table turnover while ensuring guest comfort. Handle reservations and walk-in guests efficiently. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to coordinate guest needs. Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu offerings and wait times. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Address guest inquiries or concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction. Provide food and drink service to the outdoor patio guests. Experience Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
