Server/Waiter

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to a positive atmosphere within the restaurant. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Adhere to food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality presentation of dishes. Skills Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Experience in food handling and understanding of food safety regulations. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on hospitality. Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
