THE ROLE
  • Create an exceptional dining experience for every guest, from the moment they're seated to their final farewell
  • Guide guests through our menu with confidence and genuine enthusiasm — making recommendations, describing dishes, and pairing beverages
  • Actively sell food and beverage offerings in a way that feels natural, knowledgeable, and never pushy
  • Execute all table service to a high technical standard: proper wine and cocktail service, multi-course sequencing, and precise timing with the kitchen
  • Handle guest needs gracefully and efficiently, even during peak service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station throughout each shift
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and floor team to deliver seamless service
