Job Description
Andiario is seeking a professional server to join our dining room team. Responsibilities
- Contribute to a front of house team focused on genuine hospitality, attentive service, and memorable guest experiences
- Guide guests through a weekly changing set menu and wine pairings
- Maintain a strong understanding of the menu, ingredients, and techniques
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with both front and back of house teams
- Assist with service setup, maintenance, and closing duties Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant
- Strong communication and hospitality skills
- Ability to maintain focus, composure, and attention to detail throughout service
- Wine knowledge
- Familiarity with local farms, seasonal ingredients, and food sourcing
- Availability to work four nights a week, Wednesday through Saturday
