Food Server

Job Overview We are currently looking for servers to join our team at the club. We are looking to fill our busiest days Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays and fill-in other days when needed. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team to coordinate service flow during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform basic math calculations for billing Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings Demonstrated guest service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and customer satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, along with cashiering experience Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry operations including serving, bussing, and basic kitchen support tasks Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Excellent communication skills to build rapport with guests and team members alike Join us in creating extraordinary dining moments!
