Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of catering events, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations to meet event specifications Load and unload catering supplies, equipment, and food items efficiently and safely Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a friendly attitude, ensuring excellent guest relations Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness throughout the event to uphold food safety standards Support food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to proper hygiene protocols Buss tables and assist with general guest services to ensure a seamless dining experience Collaborate with team members to execute event plans precisely and respond swiftly to guest needs Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued Familiarity with banquet service, catering setups, or restaurant experience enhances your ability to excel in this role Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is advantageous Experience in guest services or customer relations helps deliver exceptional guest experiences Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Prior experience with food preparation or serving at hotel or coffee establishments is a plus This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to gain comprehensive experience in catering, food service, and hospitality.
